cooking with NO style at all =D

Salam semua...
JOm cerita pasal makan. Saya suka makan.tapi badan tak juga besar2..semalam, my mom denda saya untuk masak. tu la padahnya sebab malas sangat nak masak. Kebelakangan ni saya memang jarang masuk dapur..hihi...ala.mak denda sebenarnya sebab dia rindu dengan masakan saya...tapi malu nak cakap..i know it mum! As you wish, i will prepare for dinner......teeeheee..^_^

Mak kata saya perlu prepare 3 jenis lauk. Puas saya memerah otak untuk fikir..last2 tu saya masak makanan kegemaran saya! ahahaha....memang lama saya mengidam nak makan umai obor2..tu makanan tradisi sarawak. Memang faveret sangat..second recipe saya nak masak Sotong blackpaper..n last but not least butter prawn! First time wat butter prawn ni tau...biasa order je kat kedai..tak la sedap sangat so nak try buat sendiri lar...

1. Umai obor-obor

Yang ni masakan ala sushi. It is actually masakan tradisi kaum Melanau di Sarawak.

Bahan-bahan

  • obor-obor yang dah dipotong kecil
  • 3 ulas bawang merah
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 1 inci halia
  • 1/2 inci belacan
  • 1 biji cili merah
  • 1 biji bawang besar
  • 3 biji cili api (dihiris)
  • 1 sudu mkn kacang tanah (yg tlh digoreng dan dikisar)
  • 1 sudu makan cuka
  • 5 biji limau kasturi (ambil jusnya)
  • sedikit garam dan gula

Cara-cara.
Pendek kata, bawang putih, bawang merah and halia tu ditumbuk..then gaul je dengan obor-obor tersebut. Air perahan limau and cuka jangan lupa. Air tu digunakan untuk memasakkn obor2 tu..sebab tu penting taw..kalau nak pedas tambah la cili...nice lorh!

2. Sotong masak hitam blackpaper

1kg sotong dipotong kecil

2 biji bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
3 sudu lada kering yang telah dikisar
2 sudu sos tomato
kicap manis
sos lada hitam
halia
sebatang serai
garam

gula

Cara-cara;

panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. then, tumiskan lada kering yg tlh dikisar. kemudian masukkan bawang besar, bwg putih dan halia yang telah ditumbuk.biarkan sehingga naik bau.letakkan sos tomato, kicap and sos lada hitam..and dont forget letakkan garam, sedikit gula dan perisa tambahan mengikut citarasa.lastly, masukkan sotong and biar sehingga masak..pastu,ready untuk dimakan! =)

3. Butter prawn+ egg floss

Bahan - bahan:
1 kilo udang - dibersih dan dibuang kakinya dan digoreng sehingga masak.
2 biji cili padi - dihiris bulat dan nipis
Sedikit Daun Kari
2 biji cili merah - ditumbuk
2 - 3 biji telur ayam - diambil kuningnya dan dipukul rata
1/4 cawan Susu sejat
Sedikit butter
Garam
Gula

Cara Membuat Egg Floss :
1. Panas butter, then masukkan kuning telur yang telah di pukul tadi.
3. Kacau sehingga rata dan cepat sehingga telur tadi hancur, menjadi halus dan masak keperangan.
4. Lepas masak, angkat and tuskan minyak.

Cara Membuat Butter Prawn.

p/s: cooking is fun if we know how to enjoy it!

Thats all from me..camat mencuba taw!

Nine words that women always use (men need to know all this) ^_^

1) Fine

This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2) Five Minutes

If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3) Nothing

This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4) Go Ahead

This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

5) Loud Sigh

This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot

and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6) That’s Okay

This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before

deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7) Thanks

A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add in a clause here – This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’ – that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’ . that will bring on a ‘whatever’).

8 ) Whatever

Is a woman’s way of saying F– YOU!

9) Don’t worry about it, I got it

Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This

will later result in a man asking ‘What’s wrong?’ For the woman’s response refer to #3.
